At Ocyan, Leandro Brusque focuses on the design and development of new subsea projects for deep waters. He has spent his 25+ year career in supply chain and logistics management within the oil and gas industry, working with ship and project owners as well as freight forwarders on projects totaling more than $1 billion USD. He has applied his expertise to complex projects across the Americas, Europe and Africa, including Acergy’s Mexilhão and Subsea 7’s Sapinhoa – Lula. A graduate of the Brazilian Merchant Marine Academy, he has also pursued studies in foreign trade and business logistics.
 
Ocyan is a company with a sustainable attitude and knowledge to provide solutions for the upstream offshore oil and gas industry in Brazil and abroad. Its main values are the security of its employees and the operation, the partnership of trust with the clients, and the commitment to ethics and transparency. Ocyan provides offshore maintenance services, develops SURF projects, and offers manufacturing and installation of subsea hardware. The company fleet comprises six drilling units, two pipe laying support vessels and two floating, production, storage and offloading vessels, notably the FPSO Pioneiro de Libra (Libra Pioneer).
