The Port of Stockton is a deepwater international port located in the heart of Northern California, just 75 nautical miles east of the Golden Gate Bridge. It owns and operates a flexible transportation center encompassing more than 2,000 acres, a third of which is still available for development. The Port of Stockton is an operating port, providing services to maritime and industrial interests, including stevedore and terminal operations. The Port has 16 berths and extensive warehousing space, with most of these facilities easily accessed by a growing network of both road and rail. The Port is serviced by both the UP and BNSF, is a mile from Interstate 5, and less than an hour from Interstate 80. The Port also has two Liebherr 550 mobile harbor cranes, each with a 144 M/T capacity.
